中国 央行 周一 宣布 ﹐自 8月 15日 起 上调 存款 准备金 率 0.5个 百分点 ﹐此 举 是 央行 为 抑制 流动 性 过剩 所 采取 的 最新 举措 ﹐同时 也 有利 于 抑制 疯狂 上涨 的 股市 。
